Manthan

Your Pathway to Professional Excellence

Manthan is a Sanskrit word for churning — the deliberate, collective working-through of a problem until something valuable comes out. That is how our workshops run: small groups, realistic de-identified scenarios drawn from practice, real-time discussion, a facilitator who has argued the point before the Tribunal.

Vyapar Pty Ltd trading as Manthan was approved by the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA) as a CPD provider on 20 October 2026. We offer a focused catalogue of practical workshops for Registered Migration Agents, delivered live online (Zoom) now, with face-to-face and in-house sessions as they are scheduled, and one consistent process for enrolment, attendance and certification. We do not offer self-paced recordings as CPD activities. Every session is facilitated in real time.

Our current program covers the mandatory Ethical Standards and Code of Conduct topics, employer-sponsored practice (including labour market testing) and Ministerial Intervention. We will add further practice areas over time.
