Yes. Vyapar Pty Ltd trading as Manthan is approved by the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA) as a CPD provider under section 50 of the Migration Agents Regulations 2026, for the period 20 October 2026 to 20 October 2028. Each of our sessions is created in the OMARA Portal, which lists it on OMARA's upcoming CPD sessions page. OMARA updates its published list of approved providers periodically, so a newly approved provider may not appear on it straight away; you can confirm our approval with OMARA at mara.cpd@homeaffairs.gov.au.

Every Manthan workshop is a Category A workshop: facilitator-led in real time, live online or face-to-face, with real-time discussion and interactive tools, and a maximum of 30 participants. Workshops earn 1 CPD point per hour of participation.

Yes. Our Ethical Standards workshop is designed for the mandatory ethical standards point and our Code of Conduct workshops for the mandatory Code of Conduct point, and each is created in the OMARA Portal as a mandatory activity of that type. Mandatory workshops name the topic in their title.

$55 per CPD point including GST. Every six points in a single order are charged at $275 including GST, applied automatically at checkout. For example, 7 points in one order cost $330 including GST.

Yes. At checkout, add each colleague's name, email and MARN: you pay once and get one tax invoice, and each person gets their own confirmation, join links and certificate. You can book for colleagues without attending yourself. When 3 or more people book the same workshops in one order, 10% comes off the whole order, on top of the six-point bundle price, which counts each person's points. For example, 3 people booking the same 6 points pay $742.50 including GST instead of $825. For a group larger than 20, ask us about a private workshop.

No. We do not offer self-paced, recorded or unfacilitated content as a CPD activity. Every session is facilitated in real time.

A computer or tablet with a webcam and microphone and a stable internet connection (at least 5 Mbps). You can join in your browser on the Manthan website, with no Zoom app or account needed: use the join page in My CPD or your booking email. The joining guide, pre-reading and workbook are released 7 days before the session, and the room opens 15 minutes early for a tech check.

Identity and MARN checks, your camera on throughout (online) or a signed sign-in and sign-out (face-to-face), roll calls, and at least four timed participation checkpoints in each two-hour workshop (two in a one-hour workshop). You must attend the entire session; see our attendance policy for how short disconnections are handled.

After the session our staff verify your attendance, and your certificate is issued within 5 business days. We notify your completion to OMARA through the OMARA Portal within 14 days of the workshop, so it appears in your OMARA Portal record.

OMARA counts no more than six points from online activities in any continuous 24-hour period. We won't enrol you in online sessions that would exceed it, including when combined with sessions you've already booked with us. We also schedule no more than 3 hours of online workshops for any one participant on the same day.

Bookings are final: we don't offer refunds or transfers to another session. If we reschedule a session, your booking moves to the new date.
