Policies

The policies and arrangements Vyapar Pty Ltd trading as Manthan maintains as a CPD provider approved by the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA) on 20 October 2026 under section 50 of the Migration Agents Regulations 2026. They address the matters in section 51(1)(b) of those Regulations and the CPD Provider Standards in Schedule 2 of LIN 26/001. They are given to every participant at enrolment.

Cancellations

Bookings are final: no refunds or transfers. If we reschedule a session, your booking moves to the new date.

Complaints & feedback

Acknowledged within 2 business days; resolution target 15 business days; escalation to a director of Vyapar Pty Ltd; you may contact OMARA.

Learning & certificates

Facilitator-led interactive workshops; staff verify attendance after each session, then your certificate is issued.

Identity checks, camera on, roll calls and timed participation checkpoints. Rules for late arrival and disconnection.

Evaluation & continuous improvement

Every session is evaluated by participants and the facilitator; results drive quarterly reviews and an annual compliance audit.

Privacy, records & reporting

Australian Privacy Principles; records kept 5 years; completions notified to OMARA within 14 days of the workshop; overseas disclosure.
