These terms apply to enrolments with Vyapar Pty Ltd trading as Manthan (ABN 87 691 069 557), approved by the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA) as a CPD provider for the period 20 October 2026 to 20 October 2028 ("Manthan", "we").

Enrolment and payment

• An enrolment is confirmed when payment is received in full. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. A tax invoice is issued automatically.
• Each CPD point is $55 including GST. Every six points in a single order are charged at $275 including GST; the discount applies automatically.
• Each workshop is limited to 30 participants and places are allocated in order of payment. Each participant must enrol individually; join links may not be shared.

Conditions of participation

By enrolling you agree to: attend the entire session; keep your camera on and join with your registered name (online); and respond to the participation checkpoints. CPD points are awarded only in accordance with our attendance and participation policy and learning and certificates policy.

The online CPD limit

OMARA does not count more than 6 points from online activities in any continuous 24-hour period (LIN 26/001 s 6(2)). We will not enrol you in online sessions that would exceed that limit.

Your own CPD obligations

You remain responsible for meeting your own OMARA CPD requirements for repeat registration. Our CPD requirements guide summarises the rules for RMAs.

Reviews

Only participants who completed a workshop can review it, using their own booking. We publish genuine reviews whether positive or negative, with the name you choose. We only withhold a review that contains personal or client information, offensive or unlawful content, or isn't about the workshop, and we keep a record of why. We never pay for, write or edit reviews.

RMA Q&A and chat

The RMA Q&A page is for registered migration agents who have a paid workshop booking with us, for questions on migration law, regulations and policy; we check MARNs and may decline other questions. Answers there, in the CPD chatbox, or by WhatsApp or Messenger are general information, not advice on a particular client's matter, and don't create a professional–client or agent–client relationship. The CPD chatbox answers only from our published guides and policies. Please don't include client names or identifying details.

Intellectual property

Workbooks, slides and resources are provided for your personal professional use and may not be reproduced, shared or republished without written permission. Resource Library materials, which are available to people with a paid workshop booking, may be used for personal professional use only.

General

Workshop content is general professional education, current at the date of delivery, and is not legal advice on any particular matter. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
